My passion for early childhood development began early in life while caring for my younger siblings and relatives. These experiences taught me the importance of patience, structure, and providing encouragement during a child's foundational years. This lifelong interest led me to pursue formal training, beginning with a Child Development program in high school and continuing through various professional certifications and specialized courses. These experiences have prepared me to lead LSLC with a strong foundation in high-quality care and education.

My vision for LSLC is to provide a safe, joyful, and inclusive environment where children, staff, and parents can grow together. I believe children learn best through structured play and hands-on experiences. Our goal is to support each child as they develop essential language, social, and cognitive skills, fostering the confidence and independence necessary for a lifelong love of learning. To ensure this standard of care, our staff is dedicated to continuous professional development in areas such as lesson planning, effective communication, and supporting diverse behavioral needs.
